How an order is put together
Ruiang is a trading company, not a factory. It chooses a manufacturer per part family, checks the references against your application codes and groups several systems into one shipment.
Sourcing by family, not by order
A cylinder kit and a rectifier regulator are made by different kinds of factory, so Ruiang keeps a separate source per family and orders from each one directly.

Consolidation across systems
Orders are grouped before shipping, so one container can carry engine, electrical and body lines together. For a distributor that means fewer shipments and one set of documents.
Continuity between programmes
Ruiang aims for long-term commercial relationships, with continuity in supply planning between orders.

Four points to define before a quotation

Application references
The model or application codes used in your market.
Packing requirements
The labelling, presentation and packing your channel needs.
Commercial confirmation
Scope, timing and shipment are confirmed with the quotation.
Warehouse and dispatch
Warehouse, packing bench and outbound control, where a mixed order becomes boxes labelled by reference.
